Product Description
This TPR not only has strong tension but also the feature of easily colored and adjustable hardness. It provides good flexibility of toy's design and this material includes no plasticizer or heavy metal and it isn't smelly. It meets the environmental standards of ROHS, PAHS, FDA and EN-71.
Main characters:
* Entirely replace of PVC
* Wide scope of hardness: 0-100A
* Absolutely no smell, environmentally friendly and non-toxic
* Material inlet can be entirely recycled
* Easily colored, excellent aesthetically, won't charred by painting
* Healthy, safe, smooth feeling
Applications: Water polo, flexible ball, the wheels of toys cars, sucker, TPR soft rubber toys, animal molding, accessories of plastic toys.
Injection guide (Just for reference, according to practical situations)
Temperature of injection: 180-250º C
Temperature of mold: Above 50º C
Time of injection: 20-30 seconds
Speed of injection: Low-middle speed
Pressure of injection: Low-middle pressure
