Product Description
This TPR has several features as follows: Comfortable, safe, durable and aesthetical. They are used in various kinds of handle parts on the basis of a second injection to provide static skid resistance and soft touch. The material has entirely passed through the environmental test of ROHS. The body type, color, degree of transparency and physical properties can be adjusted according to the customers' requirements. We can develop together with them, too.

Injection guide(Just for reference, according to practical situations)
Temperature of injection: 180-220º C
Temperature of mold: Above 50 º C
Time of injection: 10-20 seconds
Speed of injection: Middle speed
Pressure of injection: Middle pressure
Applications: The coat of toothbrush handle, handles of cases, bags and tools, etc.
