Product Description
This TPR is non-toxic, tasteless, water - proof and mildew-proof. It can provide excellent static skid resistance and feels soft and comfort. The material has entirely passed through several environmental tests such as ROHS, PAHS, NP, etc. The body type, color, transparency can be adjusted according to customers' requirements.

* Good weather-resistance
* Super - soft material is available, the hardness can approach 0A
* Matte and light surface, adjusted gloss and texture
Applications: Shoe soles, insoles, heel cups
Injection guide (Just for reference, according to practical situations)Temperature of injection: 180-250º C
Temperature of mold: Above 50º C
Time of injection: 20-30 seconds
Speed of injection: Low-middle speed
Pressure of injection: Low-middle pressure
